Do you sell subscriptions?
No. Every product here is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing ships on a schedule, and you are only ever charged for the order you place.
How fast does an order arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours of your order, Monday through Saturday. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after that, and tracking details are emailed to you.
What is the return window?
30 days from the day your order arrives, in any condition. Start with the refund request form and we will email you return instructions.
Where do you ship?
To the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders over $75 ship free.
Why can I only put one of each item in my bag?
To keep every order simple, each product goes in the bag once. If you need two of the same item, place a second order or write to [email protected] and we will help.
