Dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order within 24–48 hours of the time you place it, Monday through Saturday. Orders are sent with tracking, and the tracking details are emailed to you once the parcel moves.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after dispatch. Weather, carrier delays and customs checks on international parcels can add time. If a parcel looks stuck, write to us and we will chase it.
Where we ship
We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
What shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $75. On smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay, and the total you see is the total you are charged. Prices are in US dollars.
Duties and taxes
Parcels delivered outside the United States can attract import duties or local taxes set by the destination country. Those charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Check your address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Sending something back
You pay the postage on items you return, and original shipping costs are not refunded. The cost of return postage is deducted from your refund. If you are sending back something worth more than $75, use a tracked service or insure it: we cannot guarantee that we will receive a parcel that is lost on its way to us.
